1. Terms and Conditions

This is house hunting platform and NOT HOUSE AGENT. We do not have vacant houses, we will help you house hunt. In regard to this, we do not guarnatee that you MUST get vacant, it may or may not! We will scan every building to get your desired house.

Payouts: Payments are strictly non-refundable whether we get a vacant house or not, since we pay our team for house hunt. Each house hunt is live, we do not depend on past data, so each search is real time, building to building search

Time: Depending on the size of area, we will submit data within 6-10 hours.

2. Data Submitted

The submission will include:

  • 📍 Photos: House location (Google coordinates or pin)
  • 🎥 Raw Photos: Minimum Three (3) photos of the house and building
  • 📞 Verified Contact: A valid phone number for the Caretaker or Landlord.
  • 📞 Rent: House Rent (Monthly rent)
  • 📞 Amenities:Amenities (eg lift, Wi/fi, Balcony etc ) any that we find
  • 📞 Link: A link in unit.co.ke that contains all the found houses, photos, prices etc

3. Further Contact

  • ❌ Moving in: In case you want to move or view the house yourself, please you will contact the house agent or landlord on the provided number. We will send actual google pin location and contact details.
  • ❌ We do not: We do not provide moving assistance.
  • ❌ Verify: Even though we give you real numbers (verified) still do not make payments or house deposits till you are in the building yourself. We are not respone for any transactions between you and the house agent or landlord.
